EVENT TRANSPORTATION CAREERS

The Charter Specialist, is responsible for:

• Build and nurture relationships with bus companies nationwide to establish a reliable network
  of transportation partners.
• Assist the sales team with managing charter reservations, ensuring bookings align with
  location, availability, and cost requirements.
• Create, coordinate, and oversee charters for multiple events in various cities simultaneously.
• Review and confirm orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Negotiate favorable rates with vendors to meet budgetary goals.
• Track and process all charter orders accurately, ensuring every detail is confirmed.
• Coordinate deposits with the operations team for confirmed reservations.
• Maintain and update client and vendor data using Zoho CRM for seamless communication and
  record-keeping.
• Address and resolve vendor inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Continuously develop your skills through training and collaboration with team members.
• Occasional travel may be required for training sessions or event site responsibilities.
